Old Garden Tools

.
Garden tools fascinate me. They are the gritty, process end of gardening. Historians like this process stuff.

We can look at early gardening tools in at drawings of tools by John Evelyn (1620–1706) in his Elysium Britannicum, or The Royal Gardens in Three Books.

Here are a few more recent, but not modern by any means, garden tools.
